1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using agentz.fyi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

agentz.fyi provides a human availability context API that allows AI agents to check whether a user is available before initiating contact. The Service integrates with calendars, messaging platforms, and other data sources to determine availability status.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account with accurate information
Be at least 18 years of age
Keep your account credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
Share API keys with unauthorized parties
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
Resell access to the Service without authorization

5. API Usage and Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier:

Free: 1,000 requests/day, 10,000 requests/month
Pro: Unlimited requests

Exceeding rate limits will result in HTTP 429 responses. Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
No refunds for partial periods, except within 7 days of initial purchase

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by agentz.fyi and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Google Calendar, Slack, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENTWHEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless agentz.fyi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
